Technical Features

ZETA Series High-Precision Laboratory Programmable DC Power Supply achieves an ultra-high power density of up to 5kW within a compact 1U chassis. With output capabilities reaching up to 2000V and 200A, this series is explicitly designed for demanding industrial applications and cutting-edge scientific research, delivering an impeccable testing experience.

Stable Output with Low-Ripple Components

A pure power output is the cornerstone of authentic test data. The PDC series employs a rigorous hardware architecture and high-quality filtering components to achieve ultra-low ripple and noise performance. Its voltage ripple (RMS) is as low as 10mV, and its current ripple (RMS) reaches an impressive 4mA. Whether driving highly sensitive semiconductor devices or powering precision medical equipment for testing, it provides smooth, pure, and stable direct current comparable to a battery.

Ultra High Precision and Accuracy for Laboratory Test Application

ZETA series features exceptional setting and readback resolution, with voltage and current output accuracy reaching up to ±0.02% F.S. (two ten-thousandths of the full scale). In those accuracy-demanding fields with zero tolerance for error, such as aerospace, satellite testing, and scientific particle accelerators, ZETA provides precision test data with absolute confidence.

Versatile Operation Modes of CC, CV, CVCP and CPCV

ZETA addresses the challenges of non-linear load testing with a comprehensive range of operating mode options.

In addition to traditional Constant Voltage (CV) and Constant Current (CC) modes, it features specialized Constant Voltage Constant Power (CVCP) and Constant Current Constant Power (CCCP) modes to prevent damage to the Device Under Test (DUT) under extreme conditions.

Optional software and control integration is available to upscale ZETA into a battery simulator for new energy and motor drive testing application, with program-controlled Internal Resistance profiles for replicating the charging and discharging characteristics of a real battery.

Automatic Master-Slave Series/Parallel Operation

A standalone chassis is just the initial setup for your test-bench as we may understand. Test engineer can scale up the test bench until a master-slave series or parallel connection system with up to 100 units of ZETA aligned. The system automatically handles current sharing or voltage superposition without the need for tedious external calibration or code rewriting. Apart from current or voltage upscaling, the 1U standard chassis and form factor design allows ZETA to be integrated as well into an ATE for building an automated testing system.

Advanced Programmable Control & Waveform Generation

ZETA integrates isolated analogue control (5V/10V via the REMOTE port) with high-speed digital waveform programming featuring an ultra-fast 1ms resolution. Setting up of automated testing sequences can follow up to 200-steps with 10 stored profiles available, along with 999-step custom waveforms.

The system further provides real-time voltage and current monitoring to ensure effortless PLC and ATE integration. By combining the precision of analogue adjustment with the ultimate flexibility of digital waveforms in a single unit, it serves as the definitive solution for automated testing, stress cycling, and real-world power simulation.
